• Counted 18 items in the sidebar with Pablo and admitted we'd been adding instead of designing. Folded eight under Organization, seven under Reports. Six items left in the sidebar now — and nobody has asked where anything went.
• Settings used to be a modal because it was 'just settings.' Then Alex tried to send his calendar sync URL to a coworker and there was no URL to send. Modal became a page. Linkable settings is a feature, not a vibe.
